It’s dope, he played me like five or six things and he’s like ‘Man, we got eight or nine other things.’ I think what they do is they just sit down and bang out however many tracks they make and at the end of that whole process they’ll probably gonna figure out which ones are the best ones.” LL and Dre: we hope to hear any of those tracks soon! Beanie Sigel Says He’s Apparently Done With Rap

Washington D.C radio host, Lil Mo, revealed Beanie Sigel’s apparent plans to quit rap and hip-hop for good. Breaking the news on her show, Lil Mo In The Morning on WKYS 93.9, the host said that Sigel texted her husband about the end of his era. Mo says, “…he’s like he doesn’t mean to hurt anybody but at the end of the day he said…Maybe it’s a God thing. Maybe it’s a inner thing, but, yeah. I don’t know.” Back in May 2015, Sigel joined Jay-Z on stage at Tidal’s B-Sides concert, which led fans to lots of excitement for a hopeful collab, but that looks like those dreams will be crushed. Lil Mo even had some hope for a collab between the two saying, “I thought after he performed with Jay when they had the big Tidal concert, it was sort of like be crazy after that, [but] he just doesn’t feel it anymore” Hopefully Sigel isn’t completely done, and we get to hear a few last tracks before he retires!

Fabolous Hinting At Early Album Release in January

With his 2 previous albums being released on Christmas Day, Fabolous says his next album unfortunately won’t be making a 3rd Christmas gift this year. But good news, we just have to wait an extra few weeks! Talking with 106 KMEL, he says, “Freddy Vs. Jason is on the way. We were trying to put it out next month in January, but we gonna drop something to go into it. I don’t want to give the whole thing, but we’re gonna drop something next month” The Brooklyn artist then hints at a “Friday the 13th” being next month. So, is it safe to say we can expect new music on January 13th? Let’s hope so! You can watch the full interview with Fabolous above.

T.I Releases 2nd Album Installment of ‘Us Or Else’

T.I just dropped the rest of his Us Or Else EP in album with 14 extra tracks called Us Or Else: Letter To The System. This album has some woke as hell songs about the current social injustices and police brutality that has been going on within the past few years. With artists like B.o.B, Killer Mike, Meek Mill, Charlie Wilson, and more, this album is definitely a real eye opener to Tip’s past struggles and hardships in his life. The album is available on Tidal now!
