A handwritten letter from Tupac has been unvealed that confirms Pac was seeking to do an album to the coasts. In the letter, he tells a friend he is working on an album titled One Nation, which would include features from Greg Nice, Buckshot, Smiff-N-Wessun, Scarface, E-40 and…OutKast.
