5 Golden Era Rappers You SHOULD Be Following on Twitter

Twitters mission is to “To give everyone the power to create and share ideas and information instantly, without barriers.” And they’re definitely doing that with over 200 million users monthly.  It’s safe to say that if you don’t have a twitter, you’re irrelevant.  Not necessarily, but you should definitely be peeking at the Twitter accounts of your favorite rappers to see whats going on in their heads.  We’ve compiled a list of 5 rappers you should be following on twitter, some will give you insights to the world, update you on their most recent projects or just be damn funny.

1. @RevRunWisdom

You definitely need some wisdom from the Reverend, everyone does.  Rev Run posts daily inspirations to life on his twitter account, and most of the content is pretty applicable.  Think of them as his insights from the closing visual for his Run’s House TV show….yes when he’s in the bathtub with candles lit all around him.

2. @Questlove

Quest takes us through his experiences in his Twitter Account.  He definitely reminds us that he’s never a teacher, always a student (as his bio states).

3. @IAmDiddy

If Diddy’s account isn’t inspiration to become successful, then we don’t know what is.  The Revolt TV mogul gives us updates with his projects, as well as insight on how it feels to be great.

4. @S_C_ (Jay-Z)

Jay’s twitter bio is GENIUS. No argument there, as one of the pop culture kings, his twitter is constantly referenced.

Ice-T’s twitter feed consists of his dog, daily inspirations, and exactly what he’s feeling.
